Residential excavation and site preparation projects are often smaller scale when compared to agricultural. The need for excavating and grading services can be many: storage sheds, gazebos, play areas, driveways, retaining walls, garages as well as storm water management solutions. If you are building an addition on your home the ground would have to be prepped and foundation poured before the builders could come in, then proper grading would be done after the build to insure proper drainage.
